Scrapbook Post 352

A 50th Anniversary Certificate was presented to Royston J. “Joe” Guidry, a resident of Blanco, Texas.

Royston J. (Joe) Guidry receives his 50 year “Certificate of Continuous Membership” from Post 352 Commander, Kathie Bowman Estrada at the April 16th meeting. An Army Veteran, Joe served in the 814th Eng Float Bridge Company as a Company Clerk-SP4, in Hanau, Germany. He joined the American Legion a few years after his release from active duty on March 19, 1973. It was a special evening for Joe and his wife, Vicki.
Blanco’s American Legion Memorial Highway Post 352 invites all Veterans to join their meeting which is held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm at the Post located at 109 Blanco Ave (NW corner of Lowes parking lot). Veterans and spouses may also join them for the next Donuts, Coffee, and Conversation gathering on May 13th from 8-11 am at the Post. For more information call 830-443-2682
